1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of all services, products, and features offered by 977pk ("the Platform", "977pk", "we", "us", "our") including but not limited to the online casino, sports betting, jackpot games, live dealer games, crash games, Hi-Lo, and all associated account management and payment services.

By registering an account, accessing the 977pk platform, or using any 977pk service in any capacity, you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 977pk platform or any service offered through it.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the 977pk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of 977pk is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they use the platform. This age restriction applies without exception to all services, including free-to-play or demonstration modes where offered.

977pk employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a player is underage, 977pk reserves the right to immediately suspend the account pending verification. If underage access is confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of 977pk complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 977pk does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. By registering and using 977pk, you represent and warrant that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are permitted to use the platform.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting under any disability, incapacity, or constraint that would render this Agreement unenforceable, and that you are accessing 977pk for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games and betting services on 977pk, you must register a player account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested during the KYC process.

You are required to provide truthful information at all times. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 977pk to suspend or permanently close your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on 977pk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 977pk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical winnings, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 977pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 977pk immediately via the live chat support channel. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account whether or not you personally authorised it, except where 977pk is found to be directly at fault.

3.4 KYC Verification

977pk is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may require the submission of government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

977pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (Tether). All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your 977pk account within 2 to 5 minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to credit depending on the sending bank's processing times. 977pk does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 977pk accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically completed within 1 hour for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete. 977pk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or Terms breach pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

977pk is only authorised to process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including accounts in the name of a spouse, family member, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all platform users.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant where there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 977pk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances following written notice to the registered contact. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 977pk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. These specific terms include applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. The following general bonus terms apply to all 977pk promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted). Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 5% and 20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as hedging opposite outcomes), or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your 977pk account, the maximum single bet permitted is PKR 500 per spin or round unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings at 977pk's discretion.

6. Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on 977pk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are sourced from licensed studio partners and are operated in accordance with their respective certified game rules. 977pk does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, international Tests, T20Is, ODIs), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets listed on the 977pk sportsbook are governed by the specific sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, 977pk's ruling on the settlement of a market is final subject to the internal complaints process.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round or sporting event settlement, 977pk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. 977pk will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly and communicate transparently with affected players.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-session and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are set out in the platform cashier section. Winnings from a single game round or bet that exceed the published maximum payout cap will be limited to the cap amount. Players are advised to review current payout caps before placing high-value bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 977pk platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating, accessing, or operating more than one 977pk account as a single individual.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.

• Allowing a third party to operate your account or operating a third party's account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 977pk platform including but not limited to the 977pk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials is the exclusive property of 977pk or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 977pk platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any 977pk content without the prior written consent of 977pk.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

977pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

977pk will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Platform Commitment

977pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 977pk account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

977pk does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by 977pk

977pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) there is suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with the account; (c) continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.

Where an account is closed by 977pk due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified balances will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 977pk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding balance must be withdrawn. 977pk will process a final withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe following receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

977pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 977pk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number associated with the affected account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 977pk platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 977pk holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 977pk service, you should first contact the 977pk support team via live chat, providing full details of your complaint and your account information. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 10 business days.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, disputes may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated under 977pk's gaming licence. The decision of the relevant dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties. Legal proceedings may only be commenced following exhaustion of the internal complaints and alternative dispute resolution processes.
